MVR-MFR Tester

MVR-MFR Tester offered comprises a one number indication of viscosity of polymer in melt phase and is defined as mass of polymer in grams that is flowing per 10 minutes through capillary of defined diameter and length. Here, the flow takes place through pressure applied using range of standard weights at specified temperatures. As a simple to handle test, MFR is useful as feel for polymer viscosity can be attained very quickly. The test also helps in determination of melt density that is essential parameter in overall characterization.

Melt Flow Index Tester (Manual Cutter)

Melt Flow Index Tester (Manual Cutter) offered feature use of micro processor based auto tuned PID controller that is made available with temperature range from ambient to 400ºC. Further, these are available in resolution of 0.1ºC, accuracy of + 0.1ºC and feature use of digital pre-settable timer with range up to 999 seconds and featuring buzzer output. With manual sample cutting, these are made available in weights of 2.16 kg.

Computerized VSP HDT Tester

Computerized VSP HDT Tester offered provides functionality as heat deflection and Vicat softening point testers that are used for testing the variations in temperature as well as softening point of specimen used. Here, our expertise lies in making these available in different models with number of stations. Finding usage in determining vicat softening temperature as well as heat deflection temperature of plastics, it comes in temperature range from ambient to 300ºC.
