Film Testing Equipment

Friction Tester

Friction Tester offered comprises latest Static and Kinetic Coefficient Friction Testers that are made available in different capacities as well as speed options. Made available with all requisite facilities, these testers are used for finding out the coefficients of friction of plastic film as well as sheeting as per defined industry standards as per ASTM D – 1894. Here, our expertise also lies in matching these with testing parameters as desired in particular testing applications at client’s end.

Dart Impact Tester

Dart Impact Tester is a form of test used to determine impact resistance of plastic film by free falling dart method. It helps in determining the strength of packaging material (films) and comprises a dart placed above the base that is released on sample and in case if it fails to break, new height is determined. The testing is useful in packaging industry with the Dart Impact Tester provided as per defined industry standards including ASTM D – 1709 and IS 2508.
